Uninstall Instructions

We're sorry to see you go! Follow the directions below to uninstall software from your operating system or browser.

 

Windows XP

  • From the “Start Menu” find and select “Control Panel”
  • Select the “Add or Remove Programs” icon
  • Select the program you wish to uninstall
  • Click the "Add/Remove" button
  • Follow the prompts to finish the uninstall process

 

Windows Vista

  • From the “Start Menu” find and select “Control Panel”
  • Select “Programs” icon and click the “Uninstall a program” link
  • Select the program you wish to uninstall
  • Click the “Uninstall/Change” button (or right-click the program and select “Uninstall” option)
  • Follow the prompts to finish the uninstall process

 

Windows Vista (Classic View)

  • From the “Start Menu” find and select “Control Panel”
  • Select “Programs and Features” icon
  • Select the program you wish to uninstall
  • Click the “Uninstall/Change” button (or right-click the program and select “Uninstall” option)
  • Follow the prompts to finish the uninstall process

 

Windows 7

  • From the “Start Menu” find and select “Control Panel”
  • Select “Programs and Features” icon
  • Select the program you wish to uninstall
  • Click on the "Uninstall" button (or right-click the program and select “Uninstall” option)
  • Follow the prompts to finish the uninstall process

 

Internet Explorer 9

  • Open Internet Explorer browser window
  • Click on the “Tools” icon located in the upper right hand corner of the browser window
  • Select “Manage add-ons”
  • Select the program you wish to uninstall
  • Click on the “Disable” button on the bottom right hand corner of the window

 

Firefox

  • Open Firefox browser window
  • Click on the “Firefox” (Home) tab located on the upper left hand corner of the browser window
  • Select “Add-ons” option; a new window will appear
  • Select the “Extensions” tab on the left hand side of the window
  • Select the program you wish to uninstall
  • Click on the “Remove” button on the upper right hand corner of the window

 

Google Chrome

  • Open Google Chrome browser window
  • Click on the “Tools” (Wrench) icon located in the upper right hand corner of the browser window
  • Select “Tools” option and select “Extensions”; a new window will appear
  • Select the “Extensions” tab on the left hand side of the window
  • Select the program you wish to uninstall
  • Click on the “Remove” button on the right hand side of the window
