Uninstall Instructions
We're sorry to see you go! Follow the directions below to uninstall software from your operating system or browser.
Windows XP
- From the “Start Menu” find and select “Control Panel”
- Select the “Add or Remove Programs” icon
- Select the program you wish to uninstall
- Click the "Add/Remove" button
- Follow the prompts to finish the uninstall process
Windows Vista
- From the “Start Menu” find and select “Control Panel”
- Select “Programs” icon and click the “Uninstall a program” link
- Select the program you wish to uninstall
- Click the “Uninstall/Change” button (or right-click the program and select “Uninstall” option)
- Follow the prompts to finish the uninstall process
Windows Vista (Classic View)
- From the “Start Menu” find and select “Control Panel”
- Select “Programs and Features” icon
- Select the program you wish to uninstall
- Click the “Uninstall/Change” button (or right-click the program and select “Uninstall” option)
- Follow the prompts to finish the uninstall process
Windows 7
- From the “Start Menu” find and select “Control Panel”
- Select “Programs and Features” icon
- Select the program you wish to uninstall
- Click on the "Uninstall" button (or right-click the program and select “Uninstall” option)
- Follow the prompts to finish the uninstall process
Internet Explorer 9
- Open Internet Explorer browser window
- Click on the “Tools” icon located in the upper right hand corner of the browser window
- Select “Manage add-ons”
- Select the program you wish to uninstall
- Click on the “Disable” button on the bottom right hand corner of the window
Firefox
- Open Firefox browser window
- Click on the “Firefox” (Home) tab located on the upper left hand corner of the browser window
- Select “Add-ons” option; a new window will appear
- Select the “Extensions” tab on the left hand side of the window
- Select the program you wish to uninstall
- Click on the “Remove” button on the upper right hand corner of the window
Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome browser window
- Click on the “Tools” (Wrench) icon located in the upper right hand corner of the browser window
- Select “Tools” option and select “Extensions”; a new window will appear
- Select the “Extensions” tab on the left hand side of the window
- Select the program you wish to uninstall
- Click on the “Remove” button on the right hand side of the window
